14-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no reason needed. Once we receive the item back, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@dwellery.store with your order number and we will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we make it right at no cost to you — a full refund or free replacement, your choice. Just email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it immediately. You will never pay return postage for a faulty item.
